Info Panel Construction Transport

Info panel -> Constructions -> Transport button -> Fleet dispatch III
Bug: Deployment always selected rather than transport.

Look at this setting whether it is checked or not:
Fleet – Routines → Routine Transport → Set to deploy on own coordinates
and also
Fleet – Standards → Missions and type selection → Set to deploy on own coordinates
