A. First (mainly after an OGame or AntiGameOrigin update):

E. If the problems persists - Reinstall AGO
F. If the problems persists - Reset AGO options
G. If the problems persists - Reinstall browser
- Press CTRL + F5 on the affected pages - this forces the browser to load all content again for THIS page.
B. If the problems persists - Check basics:
- Check the AGO version, use only the most recent. See antigame.de/home.php?page=home
- Check browser version - minimum is Firefox 14.
- Check that there is only ONE AGO extension and NO AGO userscript.
- Disable Greasemonkey and other extensions.
- Clear the browser cache (for all days)
- Restart the browser (take care that the firefox.exe is stopped) or restart the machine.
C. If the problems persists - Clear data:
- Clear the browser cache, cookies and offline website data (for all days).
- Restart the browser (take care that the firefox.exe is stopped) or preferably restart the machine.
- For Problems with the browser database DE ES FR NL (player coordinates etc) read there.
D. If the problems persists - Check security tools and browser settings
- Check security tools like CCleaner, AdBlock, virus protection or firewall - disable them for test purposes.
- Check Recommended Browser settings
E. If the problems persists - Reinstall AGO
- Deinstall AGO.
- Restart the browser (take care that the firefox.exe is stopped) or restart the machine.
- Install AGO again.
F. If the problems persists - Reset AGO options
- Reset the AGO options via AGO Options menu - Tab Data & settings - • Reset data & settings and choose "Options".
- Restart the browser.
G. If the problems persists - Reinstall browser
- Save your bookmarks.
- Save your passwords, for example with addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/password-exporter/
- Please create a new userprofile - See support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/p…d-remove-firefox-profiles
- Or deinstall Firefox and install again. It's important to delete the user profile folder !
