Check basics:

- Keep the browser up to date - It's very important to use always the newest browser release.
- Check the AGO version, use only the most recent. See antigame.de/home.php?page=home
- Check that there is only ONE AGO extension and NO AGO userscript.
- Restart the browser (take care that the firefox.exe is stopped) or restart the machine.
B. If the problems persists - Reset database:
- Go to AGO Options -> Data & Settings -> For "Reset data & settings" choose "Databases".
- Restart the browser (take care that the firefox.exe is stopped) or restart the machine.
C. If the problems persists - Install again:
- Install AGO again (no need to deinstall first). See antigame.de/home.php?page=home
D. If the problems persists - Delete the storage folder:
- Go to the folder, where your profile data are stored. See support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/p…-firefox-stores-user-data
- Inside the "storage" folder there is a folder "persistent" - Delete it (Stop Firefox first).
