Here you have to fill in all of required:
* user name: ex: Shavano
* Valid email adress: ex: shavano@ogame.us
* Repeat email address:
* Password: I suggest at least 8 letters and numbers, and small and large letters.
* Repeat password and go to "register".
next step is to activate your account, you do that by opening a activation mail sent by support:
When you login, on the right side you can see 3 options:
* Manage email addresses
* Change password
* Logout
After you go to "Manage email addresses", you get one more option - Add email address.
To add a new address, just type it in and submit. You will see that mail has been added and mail was sent to activate it. That link in mail is valid only for 24h, after that is no longer valid. We must warn you that if you have more then 1 mail address, while sending a ticket please choose mail which is permanent on your ingame account.
As before you have:
* Home
* Contact support
* Ticket history
* Imprint
Home:
Here you can see your ticket status. Also you can see how many tickets has been sent from that mail.
Contact support:
Here you can choose will you send a ticket for Game, Board or Payment. Also, you can choose to send ticket for some other game or comunity.

As you can see, we got some new ticket system. That means that if you want to send a ticket, you have to login/register. This new system makes allows players to contact support for all comunities, and its easy to use.
