What about adding the RSS-Feed url to the playerData.xml attributes for the <playerData> node?
Another idea is to change the feed-url that it can be "computed" i.e feed://ogame.abc/feed.xml?playerId=12345

it would be a security issue if there wouldn´t be the need to auth, but as you say you need the login information.

There is no brute force protection - so someone who knows the URL could easily try to figure out the password, if it is a weak one...

Besides, something like this is really personal, nothing that should be shown in an API which is accessible for everyone.

ok, i suggested the protection mechanism für the gamelogin is used for the rss feed too...

As told above, it's always a security risk. -> Rejected
