      pour préparer une action contre un adversaire permettre aux membres(plutôt mineur) d'une alliance de mettre des ressources dans une caisse commune pour la fabrication de flotte de hoff.......cette flotte sera perdu une fois le hoff réalisé
      les modalités pour permettre ce "trésor de préparation de guerre ou de hoff" restent à définir

      to prepare an action against an opponent that members (rather minor) an alliance to make resources into a common fund for the manufacture of fleet hoff ....... this fleet will be lost once the hoff produced
      how to enable this "treasure of preparation for war or hoff" remain to be defined

    • Pour une grosse opération, nous avions penser a faire un truc dans le genre.
      Cela consistait a créer un petit compte tampon avec plus de 5 000 pts, et sur l'une des colonies positionnée à équidistance d'un maximum de membres de l'alliance, tous les membres de l'alliance déposaient des brouzoufs et celui qui faisait le record allait se servir en mode raid.
      On appris un peu plus tard que c'était pas trop permis par les règles, mais à l'époque l'opérateur a rien vu (Artatum). Et comme on dit, pas vu pas pris, et puis c'était il y à 4 ans, je pense qu'il y à prescription maintenant :)
