    • GO from other countries

Is possible, for all countries, have GO and SGO from other countries?
For example in Italy have GOs from germany or other countries....

Often, GOs are friends of players...and they can help or close the eyes....

Be happy for what you have. A year ago, I started playing on ogame.cz again. At that time, there were 2GAs, 1SGO and 1BA, all inactive. Then this situation was solved and we got BA from another game and GA from ogame.sk. A few days ago, our GA was banned for using his admin rights on the uni he played (he did several super advanced hits there), so :bday: Ogame
To the suggestion, I don´t think this is possible for small communities like ogame.cz.
    • For the ticket we can use a defaul text.
      For example:

      Universe x
      ticket open by x
      date x

      cause: pushing, bashing, sharing etc
      attach:

All in english....I don't think you cannot write an email in english.

On the sidenote, I'd like to add that if a person knows two or more foreign languages & moderates non-local realm, he's sure to have some buddies around. ;)

I can't understand why we are discussing this, if a teamler ( GO or mod ) is not able to show impartiality and respect for the rules, his place is not in the team and those in charge should remove him/her from the team as soon as possible.
    • Viktor, same as .PT and .BR communities. I really can't see what the fuss is about. If the language is the same, why differentiate? If they didn't speak native language, now THAT would be a problem.
GOs/MODs should be picked given their ability and interest to help, not on friendships or language spoken (besides native) or anything.
If a teamler is able to speak non-native languages, that's a plus for sure. But that can NOT be a criteria. Besides, everyone knows the basics of english nowadays. You don't need to speak it fluently, but the basics? C'mon...

Also, if you don't have ANYONE that is suitable to fill a GO position in your comm, getting GOs from other comms isn't the best solution either. They don't know the community's reality, they are busy with the community they already have, etc. It's a matter of focus. The more you have to do, the less time you have to do it.

Valent said it all in my opinion.

PS: Nothing wrong with teamlers being friends with players. That's actually a very good thing. As long as they don't bring that friendship into consideration when performing their teamler jobs. If a friend doesn't play by the rules, he gets same treatment (ban, advert, whatever the case applies) as if ANY other player broke the same rule. That does NOT mean GO isn't friends with that player, just that he/she is impartial.
    • I share what Valent said :)

Btw per ex in .pt and .br we have a German TM which some teamlers and players have difficulty into comunicate in english and he haves a lil bit problem to support players in their own language. So if we have more foreign guys working on comms wont be productive and players will complaint about support not given in their own language community :)
