As far as I've read, the changes in spanish community are trading from 48 to 72h (great) and bashing when more than 6 moon destruction attempts are made (now in spain, I think if your DS dies, it doesn't count)

Perhaps the thing to improve is putting a greater remark when saying that if you do multi (or pushing) you get banned forever. Some people doesn't care much, and doesn't know the real consecuences, and they might take care of an abandoned account to avoid it from deleting and get banned forever
