Welcome.
One over one year ago i created this app just for me, then post it on polish board. Its completly offline, besides the online update.
Application without the installation, creates a file (OGsetting.ini) to save your settings. If you use the spy reports, the program creates an additional file OTsrbase.txt in XML format.

Features:

• Database espionage reports with automatic calculations
• Support for speed uni with all calculations (from 1x to 9x)
• The extraction of the empire divided into hours / minutes / up to the time / for a given date / weekly / total / summary / geologist + reports to paste into forum
• ability to enter up to 15 colonies
• the calculation of the cost and time for a given level of the building / testing (technocrat) individually / globally / from the
• the calculation of the time / cost of production fleet / defense with the possibility of transferring data from the extraction of
• Calculating time traffic fleet (carrying capacity, wear deutru, stop, etc. ..) - in the copyright deu consumption patterns

If someone want translate example lang file from skip.8p.pl/ot/ i will put it on server and give some credits for sure
