Update 4.1 - RC 5

Dear player,

today we will update the test server with version 4.1 - RC 5, including the following changelog:

[Bugfix] no construction possible after using KRAKEN
[Bugfix] not possible to delete alliance member
[Bugfix] Techinfo: info shown twice
[Bugfix] rename / give up planet not possible
[Bugfix] accelerate construction time text misplaced

Today we fixed a small display problem with updating the test server onto version 4.1 RC 6.
