      Hi. Today we will update the test server on version 4.1 RC3 with the following changelog:

      [Bugs] Missing declaration for end of fleet escape (only possible in noob protection)
      [Bugs] No hint for using not allowed chars for alliance tag and name
      [Bugs] Error in alliance rank system
      [Bugs] display errors on auctioneer screen and scrap merchant
      [Bugs] Problems with building queu and using kraken-item
      [Bugs] Problems with some overlays, hints and dialogs (placed on top of the screen)
