Well i have seen this sit once or twice.... myself and a ACS partner did fly at him....but he fled (HP 2 me...but not to the partner)
so i had two reasons to build extra fleet.... (him & his ally mate see other HOF)
normally he is online alot...but have caught him slacking every now and then...but thats a rarity...
