Many alliances have another alliance that's its accademy.
my suggestion is the possibility to see the memberlist of your accademy alliance and viceversa.
so to create communication between the mother alliance and its accademy.
maybe, to do this, there should the possibility from an ally to send a request (by a button and only the founder can do this) to another ally to become its accademy.
when the other ally accepts (only the founder can), both alliances will see the members of both alliance; I mean 2 separate memberlists (2 memberlists completly equal to the existing one).
so you will see forever how your accademy is and the accademy can see how the mother alliance is.
