this person also IPM'd a friends defences down...(and 20 ABMs) and didn even hit him....
in saying the above he did make a hit on a defenceless planet of mine for res.. so not all bad... so overall from me.. he made about 300-400k tops but i dont like losing sats for no reason... nor friends defences being IPM'd
