I don't know how others use their options, but I like to automatically expand espionage reports for ease in picking targets. Unfortunately this also means that they are expanded in the recycle bin.

What I'd like to see happen is one or both of two things:
1. Do not auto expand espionage reports within the recycle bin.
2. Add a message options drop-down menu at the top so we can empty the recycle bin without having to scroll down past several espionage reports to get to the existing message options drop-down menu.
