My suggestion is a select (dropdown) function where you can choose another universe (where you're obviously registered) to skip to instead of having to login again. I think it would be possible when the player has the same password and IP as the other account(s) to attach the new registered universe to the player ID.
The players ID would have to be on a main server which is accessible from the multiple universes.
