I think it is pretty useless, that a person can only send his fleet with recyclers to an existing debris field.
If someone cleans it before you, there isnt any debris, and you are still able to fly on., And you can do all the other missions, like transport without any materials etc.
I think many people will find it usefull, if it was possible to send recyclers to non-existing debris fields. A
nd if you are attacking someone, you won't have the problem that you have to make activity, if there isn't a debris field.
