Deconstruction Time Needed
When a player puts the mouse over the Tear Down button, for any building/facility, a pop-up appears, showing the resources needed to do it (see screenshot)...

..but in that pop-up isn't showed the time required to finish the tear down of the desired building.
The suggestion is the implementation of the time in that pop-up.
