Connection problems

Me and a lot of my alliance members report that every once in a while the server just stops responding to us. It doesn't respond to pings, either, and pioneers page isn't working as well. When I change to a proxy it starts working immediately. It's been going on for last week but now it's totally unbearable.

Hmmm sounds like a caching / routing problem of your provider. Sorry, we can't help you in this case, you have to wait until they solved this problem.
Please check pioneers.ogame.org or the IP 79.110.91.184 with traceroute

Will do the next time it happens.
It's something more global than my provider problem, though...I have 5+ people from various parts of the world complaining about same thing in our alliance skype chat.

very intresting, im also experimenting some connection problems, but only when im using a proxy, with my static IP i dont have any problems, but in the work when I log usng the tor network, the server "kick me off" after doing an action, so I need to relor very often

btw: dont have any idea how you got those screen shots, but I know what Ping means =P

I only seem to experience those connection problems with the testserver and this board.

all my other universes are working quite fine.

To do a "tracert" go to your command prompt (Run -> cmd) and then type tracert.

I to sometimes get connectivity problems on here, other internet sites are working but when this happens i am unable to connect to the game or even reach the log in page

also this site does seem to really lag for me fairly regularly at about 00:10 until about 00:20 and at a few other times and wonder if that is anything to do with the site running an update?

Well, i do also have that connection problems. its disconnect a lots and i also watched that if i mark much msg (like 15 or 20) its start loading and thet just disconnect.

I'll try a traceroute myself, next time the problem appears. I've only pinged so far.

What I can say now is, that other ogame servers respond without fail during these incidents. It's only the pioneer servers that I can't connect to.

Nop, can't be that worldwide providers "sucks" and at GF everything is great

I am too having same issues, and bunch of times it kicks me out. On other servers its oke. So something is for shure with test uni.
Or some bugs/problems in game version or servers.Have no other connectivity problems as well on other pages.

Well it´s getting worse, today it disc me like 21341256 times.... but at least everyone have same problems... hope it don't make me lost my fleet.
