As we all know, the Ion Technology doesn't have very much sense in the game. Only we use it to create Ion Cannons, which aren't profitable to many of the players of OGame, since it's more profitable create two Heavy Lasers. It's investigated actually for unlock the Plasma Technology. Then many of us complain about the Ion Cannons and this technology, since it hasen't very much sence in the game.
With this defense we want principally two things:
1.- To close the great gap existing between the Cannon Gauss and the Plasma Turret , which is important to stabilize and to give more emotion to the game.
2.- To give it more importance to the Ion Technology, which has little sense in the game, due to the little use of it.

Before the Plasma Tecnology existed, its took advantage of the ion Technology up to the ceiling, and surprising results were achieved.
The Tesla Cannon is a device that works principally catching the dispersed ions in the planetary atmosphere.
This achieves it thanks to a electromagnetic receptacle, that allows it to load a powerful beam of ions, capable of causing serious damages in enemy fleets.
