Is it possible to kick all the players in v-mode?, i get they might have other things to do but this is for active testing is it not?

This server is to test new features (noobprotection and others) - at first to figure out how they are working in an universe with many users and find the best settings. Bugs and other problems are only in the 2nd or 3rd line.
So - We need all those active players.

I get that but people in v mode do they count as active or inactive or do you have to wait until they have been off for 7 days before they are counted as inactive?

player in vmode don't causes any serverload. Events ( attacks, flights, finished buildings etc) are reasons for serverload.
