If keyboard is used to select primary target the galaxy changes if up/down is pressed, also the system changes if left or right is pressed and so it costs also deuterium. The using of arrow buttons should not infliuence the lower layer. I reportet this issue long time ago, but it was'nt accepted as bug, so I post it here as a suggestion.

yeah this is a UX problem. i defintly agree that this is a bug.
