there is no final ( GF ) decision about application smartphone/tablet, specially those that have advertising or payed ( need to be payed ) like yours
for now all those applications are not tolerated, but this thread can be stayed open

you use "OGame" in your application, you should note a hint, that "OGame" is a trademark from GameForge
