I have developed a system for such a thing. But this discussion is for validity of that presntly, THEN... with acceptance, the actual system behind the nexus.
If this idea is to be accepted, there are 2 parts to it, along with potential negotiations for laws involving this form of unification. I warn that the 2 features could be considered too abusive, especially the main controlling part that binds the nexus on the higher level of management... But on that, let the discussions involving this idea begin.
