It would especially be handy when you convert a combat report to post it on the boards.
Now you always have to add ally names manually.

I don't see any problem with this idea.. no disadvantages..
I guess it's easy to implement...

I don't think that's related to this idea, but just an additional feature they're adding to the game (along with all the other meta tags they're added)
