      Maximum number of expeditions was being limited by maximum number of fleets (4), my apologies.

      Bonuses from Admiral (+1) and Discoverer (+2) are not summing up.

      I have Astrophysics level 4 (2 Expeditions) and I should be able to launch 5 expeditions: 2 + 1 + 2. But I can only launch 4 at the same time, looks like Admiral is not being taken into account.
