Because the game on old universes is quite old, people try to use the mundane game mechanics to their advantage, which aggressors are unable to do anything with.
This problem applies to phalanx sensors that do not have any filters, so people can easily place their missions before the mission of interest of aggressors.

My suggestion is to create filters for phalanx sensors, which you can easily choose which mission you want to search for. Each time you refresh the phalanx, it will be filtered as you choose it for the first time.
