JumpGate Availability

Hi,

I just added some features and renamed the script , so I edit my post

Name JumpGate_Availability

Info : - Redirect to the destination moon after Jump fleet.
- add a red border to the moons images if the jump gate was used and not yet available to jump again.
- add a count down on the open Jump gate button

I have one limitation in the code, I don't know all the universes speed factor around the world
so if someone know were i can find a liste of all universes speed factor, i will add that in this part of code

Hello,

the script seems to slow down the game. Loading times are around 5 seconds. It starts after using the jumpgate and i have to deactivate the script to get normal conditions.
Tested with Firefox 3 and 4. Maybe there is some conflict with German version 2.0.3 ?
