I am a miner and I frequently farm inactives. After sending espionage probes to a list of inactive players and get espionage reports from them, I click the "A" button (as seen in the screen shot below) to engage the attack page (the "Fleet 1" page).
In the opened page (Fleet 1), there is an information bar as seen in the screen shot below, which sometimes appear and sometimes it is not there.

Why does it matter? If you are farming a lot of inactives at once, you are switching between browser tabs very fast by using keyboard shortcuts. The edit box positions change because of that bar and that causes clicking wrong areas with the mouse. It is annoying and makes the things more time consuming.
Please fix this or tell me what to do about it.
