Planet relocation as part of tutorial

Can we make one planet relocation a part of the initial tutorial. This would give new aspects to establishing new universes, and less comforting conditions to the fleeters

while this could be interesting for both player and gameforge (publicity for those who dont know about it) i doubt it

it would mean we get 1 free dm when creating a count to actually do it, i cant rly picture gf doing that

It would be nice. At the moment I am just hoping merges happen each year so I can get my couple relocations then.
