I recently played uni with 70% fleet into debris and one thing I noticed people were getting moons really often and easy.
So I would like to suggest in universes with increased % of fleet into debris to adjust the amount of resources needed to get moon chance.
It is not fun when your fleet gets timed attack 20 days into the universe or when players get moons from 50 solar sats and 50 cargoes.
