Dark Matter drop problem. please help

Hello everyone,

I had 60 million dark matters on my account on Bermuda universe. I collected them during Dark Matter Field event (Dark matter fields on 17th position)

After recent dark matter drop of 10 million, all of my dark matters are gone.

Yes this is a test universe but i spent some time to collect those 60 million dark matters and i was enjoying to spend them to find bugs and contribute to the game.

What can be done to solve this issue?

I didn't even got the debris and somehow I had 15M dark matter. I believe the last time they added dark matter it just added the amount to the current of the account.

Now they've reset everything to 10M, it seems.

Although it's a lot DM, sometimes to test fast if you need to buy resources you spend easily the 10M dark matter. So I think it would be better the same as last time, everytime you give DM it could be added to the current amount. That way with 20M DM it's easier to build more things fast and it's more flexible.

In any case, echonia, sorry for you loss.

They were not mine and I'm already missing your 60M DM heheh

There is no need to fix something. The 10M drop is and was always a "edit the overall DM amount of all users on all 4 servers"

But I am sure we will test some events again in future.

Maybe over christmas, if someone pokes me I will activate some crazy events settings

As it was written in announcement here:
Dark Matter drop on all Pionners universes

Only condition is that you should have had less than 10.000.000 Dark Matter before Dark Matter drop.
In case you had more than 10.000.000 Dark Matter on your account rest will be removed and you will have again 10.000.000.
