That means all accounts which were registered before today, have got 10.000.000 free Dark Matter on their account.
Only condition is that you should have had less than 10.000.000 Dark Matter before Dark Matter drop.
In case you had more than 10.000.000 Dark Matter on your account rest will be removed and you will have again 10.000.000.
