Why i can't enter in vacation mode?
If you have something in flight, building something up or if you research something you can´t enter the vacation mode.
Above is out of the Retro Uni guide.
Added need to be mentioned also if something is building in your shipyards (def or ships) you can't enter vacation mode
after implementation in guide this post can be deleted
