There is smt wrong with the moon chance calculation @origin.
I attack to an inactive player doesn't have any def or ship with esp. probes (to test smt else.)
So i got 0 damage, it got 0 damage but the moon chance is %3. so i repeat the attacks, and viola 3.605 km diameter moon appears on the planet without a cost.
