Does Moon Coop needs confirmation?

Hello,

Quick question: If I cooperate with another player on the terms of using his/her moon and paying him some comission from the profit, do I need to inform GO's and ask for their confirmation? and are there any legal comission rates?

I don't even hesitate texting higher ranked players about the issue

I plan to cooperate with smaller guys than me.

you can give commision to lower than you, but you cant recieve from them
