In the org domain there was the cr section basically you could post there any combat report that wasn't an HoF. Considering this is a non DM universe, x1 with NO ACS, I believe we won't see an HoF before August.

I am not sure about this but, this retro universe is running version 0.77, I believe they changed the top 1500 rankings before that version
