  • So I farm a lot, and ever since 6.0.11 hit, I've been getting "An error occured" a lot more frequently. It's without any coordinates attached at the end, those with coords still come up but in the amounts I'm used to seeing. I'm using AGO, infocompte and topraider, FF40.0.3. Maybe I'm launching too fast?

  • Unless you pop the moon and lanx the planet of course. If you don't want to FS so often, play 1x. If you choose a speed uni, you get to eat the good with the bad. There have already been too many updates only really for miners and lazy people.

  • Nice script, makes it easy to re-implement potential message filters. As for title of res, the name is displayed at the top of the page once you hover over the resource. Maybe use that?

  • I'm going to have to bump this. One can now remove messages from RSS, meaning that the load wouldn't get as big as it could get before v6.

  • +1 here as well. Tools in general would benefit from this.

  • Would it be possible to add a sort by coordinates? I probe in order but a few times some probes hit faster than others, and it messes up my order.

  • Currently, espionage reports in RSS are the crippled versions we see by default in messages. I'd like to ask that the detailed version is sent to RSS instead. The reason for that is because RSS is the easiest way to get the message feed, and there's no reason to really send the report to RSS if it's going to contain almost no information anyway. Including API keys in RSS would also be nice. It's just one line, and gives extra access to the keys for tools to use.

  • As said in subject, the page counter is missing in the communication tab. It's only missing in the messages tab, where circulars go. Because of this, one can only read the most recent 10/25/50 messages, and need to delete something to see the older ones.

    First of all, the bruteforce matter is simply solved by disabling the API key if more than 100/1000 attempts are made with wrong codes. Quote from iguypouf: “ First of all, it means that you give the responsability of a part of security to the final client, and its NEVER a good idea.” We already have scripts read every last detail on each page and send it to a remote server, with no way of knowing if the user is the only one reading that data.     I agree on that user-only API keys should be implemented. That way the API can really start picking up speed, since now anyone willing to create something using it is limited to buying a server. Not everyone is willing to shell out that money.

  • To continue, you can also press Enter. And as Dark Sky pointed out, with AGO farming is almost as automated as it can get while still being legal. You can't get more automated than that. This is coming from someone who literally farms all day all night.

    Bump. I'll try to bump this regularly now every 3 days until it's fixed, because it should be fixed BEFORE this becomes a real issue.

  • I've sent an email to whoever runs osimulate, maybe we'll get something more complex/accurate.

    From what I see, the firefox version is not signed, and starting with FF41 unsigned addons will be blocked from being used. Signing now would be prefered to solving the problem when it comes up, since then there will be thousands of people all yelling at what one should do. Also, how will the recent announcement of deprecating certain developer functionalities affect AGO?

  • 10% is nice until you realize that level 10 would mean free launches, and level 10 is achievable by some top ogame players, or it will be in the next few years. Sure it would take a lot of time and resources (and DM), but if you can launch 100 million destroyers for no deut cost the idea becomes interesting. In my opinion 3% is enough, maybe 5%.

  • I haven't taken a look at the topraider page in a while, but had made uploading the CRs a habit. I have to say, I love what you did to the charts page. Great job.

  • Another small suggestion, on the profits tab, when searching between dates, move the totals to the top (just below the submit query button) rather than keeping it at bottom. I feel most of the time when people will use it, it'll be to get the totals.

  • Well, it's nice to see the contest end at least. Surprised I got a reward, though 30k DM isn't much. Around the amount I spent on merchants converting metal into deut for comp tech 20, so I'm happy I got that back. Good luck on the next contest, if it's ever going to happen. This time there were issues, but now you see what problems may rise up.
