    if you keep same supported languages, players will be happier with bigger servers, even if theres a language barrier. You could also keep the language separations and reduce number of universes per language by completing merges and not opening unis as fast.

  • Minion i agree with what you posted. about the rates. 2-1-1 and 3-2-1 are the legal rates. anything outside that is a gift. merchant gives you the maximum amount of metal and crystal possible for youre deut, but when selling metal for deut you get the same trade rate reversed and get screwed, plus you have to bargain. If 3-2-1 is the value of res then it shouldnt also be the upper legal trade rate for selling deut. I'm not sure but i theorize merchant is used much more by deut sellers than deut …

    The ingame text and the wiki linked in game mention recyclers getting new drive upgrades. can you include a note about increasing the fuel used by recyclers. normally improving drive decreases fuel used by allowing you to slow. Now that i know, i think its so cool. you can change recyclers into a different unit basically. a side-grade. Too bad its permanent and it isnt documented. If you tear someone out of their server you'll be breaking up guilds. the current system: a whole alliance can merge into same target uni. Players stay together during transition.     FAKE ACTIVITY Expedite creation of fake activity on one's own bases: asyncronous buttons to make all your moons starred, or all your planets starred, and maybe a way to affect individual bases. Enemy can watch you from galaxy. Its necessary to throw in fake activity: selecting planet/moon to make it starred. Sometimes my entire raiding sessions ill keep all moons active every 15 minutes.     Bonus starting res for each day you start late works because it never catches up to what you can make by playing normally from start. might be abusable, but could always put the bonus straight into mine levels and some solar. It's also _not necessary_ because ogame isnt super competitive skillwise. its about outlasting and always _logging in_.     currently it will say something like "1 Comment" in CR. it should say that in CR list too. as long as the ignore system is working. a lot of players don't want to talk to opponents. and if they do want to, theyre probably trolls or cryers. annoying. just note the more you notify of CR comment the less likely non-trolls will use it, and the inverse!

    my idea of vm is if you come out and attack, youre stuck out and vulnerable. That's totally fair and will massively increase targets. Theres so many ways to balance and accommodate, like allowing x number of vm activations per interval, or allowing limited emergency activations.     RE: VM cooldown: good info. to those arguing for pop out and back into vm. If you can vm you can launch fleet, fuel allowed. vming might be nicer, but if you jsut came out of vmode, you have to sacrifice the safety of the mechanic for 24 hours. Part of the game is losing your fleet from lack of planning. should be good with slower speed options, 5%.

    After a conversation ill find a percentage of my ideas are flawed or ignorant. that's how it goes. say what you think. I realize a lot of addons can fix small hiccups and js bloat in interface, but the stand alone game should still play well enough and be free of easily corrected flaws.
