Quote from Gardien des Etoiles: “I like the game but It's not managed correctly. Just don't want it to completely disapear.” Okay so you say you like the game. Then why not try to give good advice on how to make the game or even the community better and a more pleasant place? (I hope the text above doesnt sound to arrogant or bitchy.. if it does, my fault... wasnt meant to)

yep :) another bad thing (and im sure at least a lot of .de players will moan, dunno why ^^) is performance :D because as soon as you have to open a message, you'll need to load all the wysiwyg stuff. Hiding/Not loading the response field, I dont think, would be a solution... otherwise you just could load it directly :)

Since RD we do not see on which planet we're actually researching something. This needs to be changed again! I nicked this from the german board :) Thread on the german Board Here a few examples of how this could be implemented: Extend the message when you want to cancel the research ohnetitel-1zu7h.png Extend the message on the overview ohnetitel-25n6w.png

Change color of deconstruction icon Changing the color of the deconstruction icon to red wouldn’t cause any confusion with the construction icon. I thought there was a thread on the german board, but I cant find it :( Maybe already flopped to the archives... (Example icon following in a few minutes... need to reinstall img editing software first^^) ed: here you go... Construction -> 8d5601022c4f91d22c90802ee65393.gif Deconstruction -> znPmE.gif

Quote from HelpLess: “Well, something like Fckeditor or TinyMCE is too much. Just a few buttons with JS onClick is - IMHO - enough.” +1 Basically the same as i posted above, just more detailed Quote from sirEdward: “Developers security issues is nothing what player does care about, till its not relevant with theirs (players) personal data.” Security is priority #1 - cant dispute that! And even if it would be secure, WYSIWYG's mess up everything! Clean code is good code...

Quote from marshen: “Quote from JoKy: “So we have problems with space.” why not adding a really small "note image" which will have the note as a tooltip and clicking it will open a textarea to change the note?” Thats exactly what i posted a few entries above Quote from Toxicterror: “how about a little button, which then will drop down a little textfield (sort of like the wbb-login fields), where you cann add some notes (eg. 25 chars), press ok and just see note by hover your mouse over that butt…

There are enough external editors... no need for those A quick google lookup should get you one! As for the BB-Code: I had a similar idea to just implement a little box with buttons. Like this... eDanP.png The whole toolbar buttons will work exactly like here in the board with the "Source code" view - not "Editor" view!! That would mean, you still would see something like this... Source Code (1 line)

Those were just examples And I dont really think that it is our job to define those achievements. Thats the job of Gameforge or the OGame Dev-Team! What probably will be more interesting is, HOW to realise this. For example: An extra menu item in the top bar (where highscore, options etc. are) that links to a Achievements page where you can see all your won medals or achievements and those which you havent got yet. Maybe make use of the new tech tree for following up achievements such as "Get 5.…

you know why? because you get rewards from the tutorial... so its not a good idea to NOT do the tutorial but if you dont (and you shouldnt) give any rewards to achievements, than half of all will bother to do those achievements... and that problem with the ally tutorial... it always takes some time to find the right ally for you... but as said before... everyone wants those rewards from the tutorial... so what will I do... yep... just join any guild that is bigger than 3 to get that tutorial don…

other idea: iFrames link the board market (and only access to the board market! dunno how you want to get that working with wbb...) into the game... basically the same board then can be accessed through the game and as normal, through the board. it may will help to get a bit more activity on the market boards

indeed that could be a side effect... but in some cases you can check if it has been unloaded or not... here a few ways that sometimes work: - that option to refuse has to be de/activated... -> activity -> * - scan before and a few secs after the ships arrive and see if there has been a unload - send own ships that transport something and see if it gets refused
