  • For the moment, it's done only by adding an external .js script, yet, in my opinion the feature itself is so daily demanded that it deserves to be encoded into the engine of the game, needing no extra accessories to operate. The performance will not suffer from that, for sure.

  • Due to recent board "decoration" effects, I decided to add a few lines to the original post. Guys, if you go with throwing in per-click banners, please at least take your time to adjust it to the forums design, and I'm not even talking of other, more significant signs of consumer disrespect such as not bothering to implement the local boards' translations for about two years (sounds exact for my native community). Hopefully, there's still enough time to patch up these holes, not making Origin an…

  • I dunno, seems like a vast security disservice for the players and a juicy invitation to inject the database directly from one place. It happened in the past, been posted on YouTube, we want it back? No, so it doesn't earn my voice.

  • Yet another message they need to fix - thumbs up! And since it's the one you receive after being attacked, "on" could be spelled as "upon", perhaps.

  • Have heard a few complaints regarding 3.0 ladders on the local board recently: to make the story short, some users are having difficulties with browsing the same player's standings in multiple stats from mobile phones and therefore would like to see them organized like that: Clipboard01.gif Clipboard02.gif My argument of why it's unlikely to happen is that the game encourages different styles of play which must be distinguished by corresponding ladders, nevertheless, it doesn't prevent the oppor…

  • Technically, the user could put it only once without knowing - during the setup process, whereupon an e-mail replacement is going to be necessary as well, which seems to be the tough part: of not permitting the codes to be sent to the new address for a certain period of time if the old one becomes replaced.

  • Moco? Well, since you've mentioned the player with one of the best fleet setups in the entire game, guess it would be fair to give him the credit for the original idea also! My offer is kind of Pepsi Lights version of his, without the worldwide unifusion part just as such thing could be very difficult to implement, due to long-term obligations of instant International Support carried by the single team, the increased throughput of currently separated servers, a tough-to-design broad migration sc…

  • Once again I'm a little bit ahead of time, right as it happened with one of my antecedent suggestions on making beginners' mines match the Universe's age for Dark Matter, which subsequently evolved into rethought draft. The new concept is more revolutionary than ever: allow the players from all around the world to migrate into any elder (only of the similar flight speed & especially tagged for that) local OGame Universe once in a month for 720.000 Dark Matter. The process itself supposes full-sc…

  • Once again I'm a little bit ahead of time, right as it happened with one of my previous suggestions on making beginners' mines match the Universe's age for Dark Matter. The new concept is more revolutionary than ever: allow the players from all around the world to enter any numeric (especially tagged for that) local OGame Universe once every 3 months for 720.000 Dark Matter. To a more detailed extent, this would require a few easy, yet major changes within the basic game rules, such as: a) allow…

  • All right, your stance is clear, yet, does it have anything to do with the basics of the suggestion itself? I guess not. Would it be paid or free-for-all feature is not up for us to decide, and of course, I have nothing against seeing it available in free of charge use.

  • When you post something like this, please take your time to provide the arguments. (Besides the fact you don't like me & have too much time to track what I do).

  • Hi folks. Here goes another suggestion from OGame.ru regarding the game's UI. As most of you know, sometimes accounts change owners, require big fleet sitting or just an emergency entrance by an ally to save the fleet. Unfortunately, such things could lead to account wreckage due to malicious actions done by the insider. Therefore, we'd like to propose a special, supplementary protection for Planets & Moons destruction consisting of unique password made for the sole purpose of controlling these …

  • At the current time, it's like: Your fleet is returning from planet Arakis [1:1:2] to planet Original [1:1:4], – and the same goes for Moons, i.e. the game is calling them all "planets". It would be more convenient for the players to receive Moon-related reports as such: Your fleet is returning from moon Mond [1:1:2] to moon Initial [1:1:4]. Proposed at board.ogame.ru and is accepted unanimously.

  • Well, the ninth galaxy has never been a good place to hide anyway, yet the outcome of such raiders-oriented update is a little bit hard to predict. Not that I argue, it just doesn't solve the core population problem - boosting only existing competitive factor. On the other hand, this is a well-timed proposal to level the balance between farming and the upcoming noob protection changes, so, +1.

  • The fourth entry seems to be an easy addition to apply and number six is like partially here with that Invite the Friends thing, which, imo, shouldn't be bound to a single Uni as a source of bonuses income.

  • MetaUniverse

The problem with initial suggestion is that the author tries to mix incompatible things, such as different uni speeds and increased drops. A MetaUniverse, in fact, must always be based on standard game speed, no matter the number of galaxies involved. My own guess is that it shouldn't get past 15, as the key problem with old realms is the lack of new population, which isn't possible to attract if starting accounts are to be grown from scratch. And yes, I've seen a lot of fleeters including Mocol…

  • Personally I'd see this as a modification of Esp. Probes speed so that it would allow two players to fleethunt multiple-based DF saves without extra probes-dispatching assistance. The original idea will certainly reflect on Comp Tech balance in a negative way.

  • Thanks, it would greatly help in my quest of learning account-balancing tricks from older players.
