    That would be a bit unfair, imagine loosing a huge fleet because of a deathstar that was pointing before to the moon. I think in that case, it would be better if the extra fleet that arrived during the “charging” would automatically escape (own ships directly to the planed in some sort of cancelled deploy —similar to relocations— and stranger ships just cancel the defense and start returning to their planets).     NoMoreAngel, you mean like Deathstars go in Destruction mode, have the battle, and, once the battle is won, there's like two extra hours charging the proper destruction? That's more change, which I think it's a downside, adding “complexity”. But may be interesting. What would happen if someone logs in or defends the moon while the destruction is charging?

    Of course debate is needed, or at least pouring a lot of thought into it, but I think the idea is good. Personally, I thought of it being more of a constant. And, since x2 universes still are impossible to play, if you are in the losing side, I thought of x1 speed. I mean, if the universe is x5, the moon destruction would be 5 times slower than a normal attack with deathstars. That way in every universe the moon destruction would be of the same time (3h same system, 7h one system away, more or l…

The thing is that if someone loses 1M points trying to pop my moons, that 1M of fleet that is lost, is never “recorded”, and since we have those particular rankings (Military destroyed, Military lost) I thought it would be interesting to have that recorded there.   • If player A tries to pop a moon from player B, and looses 9 deathstars, it would be nice to add 90.000 points to the Destroyed militar ranking of player B. I don't think there's any downside to this, and would be a more accurate statistic.

    One of the reasons people play vmode (i.e., being in v mode and only playing for a few hours, and then back to v mode) is because in faster universes it's impossible to survive if you are not part of the monopoly, who owns the universe.     What bothers me is that it takes more than two or three seconds to load the page, and I prefer not to look at the needed data to be downloaded when on mobile phone. So, for me, without actually having used it, it seems like more “bloat”.     I understand that some shiny page with images, flashes, videos, colours, etc. might be needed to make people “look” at the game. But for some of us who have been here around ten years or so, there's no need for that. May be you could provide a different login page (for each country) that only contains: Select Universe from list, User, Pass, Enter Button; and may be a link to the normal login page.     The cool thing about this universe is that scripts have more freedom, because there's no paid counterpart. For instance, calculating remaining time until a mine can be built, or a live sum of resources of an account (which are currently illegal because of officers and empire view being a paid feature), etc. Let's hope that someone restarts Foxgame, with even more features, but maintaining light computer resources consumption.

    I said “I think at least the fleet should still be ACS defending [::]” but I see a problem with this: if some moon is popped and an attacking fleet gets redirected to [::] both shouldn't have a battle! I hope you have that in mind. Please, come back here once it's solved to explain the behaviour.

    There's a problem if someone is ACS defending a planet/moon of an account and that account gets deleted. Player A [1:1:1] launches an ACS defend to Player B in [1:2:1], for example the flight time is 1h, player B extends the duration with alliance depot for certain time (in this example, say 60 weeks), during this time player A can recall anytime and have fleet back at home in 1h, if player B account gets deleted the fleet is automatically coming back from [::] for 60 weeks, there's no way to re…

  • The problem with that sizes (130-150) is that it will actually possible to take mines to levels 45 38 40 or around that (at least I did some numbers some time ago, and I think I needed a planet of around 130 fields), which is kind of the opposite that this proposal wants.
