So you are planning to change the formula in that way that in speed universes its harder to rip? So its an advantage to have more rips than less rips. I think big fleeter accounts have more rips and can afford it to loose some rips when they are doing MDs..... Well done GF, well done......

That would create that Miners have one big defence/bunker/turtle. So they have less risk of getting attacked. The actual way is okay. I dont see that its necessary to have a feature like this.
