  • Thanks a lot for providing the coords feature. This was something I really really missed as COgame isn't working anymore. Unfortunately your script slows down my chrome browser significantly which takes away all the fun of using it

  • Quote: “ If you guys would read what was said.... Not all miners have moons, and since they don't have colonies in both g1 and g9, they really can't fs their cargos for 24 houes in system in a 4x speed uni. It's not posible to deploy in system for that long, and to fs otherwise is suiside, without a moon. And yes - I know a lot of miners, that fs their cargos at night. Not ALL miners just pops in once a day or twice a week.Turtles on the other hand, ... they just logg in once a week or so - but …

  • Are you really trying to tell me that Miners can't save over 24hrs, and therefore they will die out if the v-mode will be raised to min 48h? Sorry but have you actually thought about what you've written? My Universe Electra.de is a little older than 2 years. And approx. 75% of the Top 100 are Miners, even though we even have 50% into DF. So don't tell me that all those Miners are going to die out, if we raise the min v-mode time. This argument is rediculous. A Miner would never go into v-mode, i…

  • I totally agree with the idea to increase the v-mode time. As a Gameoperator for Electra.de (4x), I must say that the number of Fleeters saving v-mode is huge. Of course there are people partying for a day, but these players are a minority in comparison to those, who haven't saved properly for months. The argument that those players can't build anything doesn't count either. For those hours, which they are active, they have their shipyards filled. And with the incoming v4.0 it won't even be a pr…

  • thanks for your feedback. I'll overlook all of it once I have more time

  • Delay – How does it work and why should I do it? You can delay your attacking fleets for extra safety before the arrival at another planet. To do this, start a combined attack from the fleet movements menu by clicking on the icon. Now you can add extra ships to the formation. In order to delay the fleet, it is popular to just add a spy probe. The fleet is added so that its time of arrival moves the whole formation back by a couple of seconds. Example: The attacking fleet arrives in 2 minutes. If…

  • Vacation mode – What is this? The vacation mode (v-mode) protects you during long offline times. You should always go into the v-mode, if you can’t login during the next 48 hours. Once you are in the v-mode, no one can fly towards you (espionage, attacks, transport etc.), but your account production is also drawn down to zero. You only receive your fundamental income of 30 Metal and 15 crystal per hour. To activate the v-mode simply go to your options – advanced – vacation mode – click on the ch…

  • Relocation of planets – How is this done? What does the relocation feature do? It enables you to transfer one of your own planets (even your home world) with its moon to a new position What are the costs? For every successful relocation, 240.000 Dark Matter are taken. What happens to the buildings, ships, defence and resources? All resources, buildings and defences are directly transferred to the new position All ships from the planet and the moon fly to the new position. The speed of the slowes…

  • Overview – How do I see, what ships attack me? The visibility of the attacking fleet depends on your stage of espionage technology: • Level 2: you see the number of ships attacking you • Level 4: the number of ships and the type of ships attacking you is displayed • Level 8: the exact fleet composition is shown

  • Debris field – How do I time my recyclers properly? To harvest a debris field before anyone else can, it can be very helpful timing your recyclers in advance. If this is not done, another player might “steel” it and you stay with your heavy losses of the battle creating the DF. How does this work although recyclers are much slower than normal battle fleet? It is recommended to start recyclers much earlier than the actual battle fleet. Then, you can start the fleet so that it arrives shortly befo…

  • Debris field – How can I find and harvest debris fields? In the galaxy view, DFs have their own column. Each position has an icon displaying the DF. If it is lightened, it contains resources. Its size and composition is shown in its tooltip. To harvest a DF, do the following steps: • enter the fleet menu • chose the appropriate number of recycler • click next • enter the coordinates of the DF • over the coordinates, click on the DF to chose it as target • possibly change the speed (optional) • c…

  • Team – Who does what? Game Trial – Gameoperator He is currently trained to become a full Gameoperator and prepared to administrate a universe. After approximately 2 weeks, he is assigned to a universe where he is incorporated under supervision of another Gameoperator Gameoperator is responsible for an assigned universe and the first person to talk to players. The easiest way to contact him is by ticket-system. In urgent cases, he can also be asked for in the irc. A list of all Gameoperators and …

  • Tactic – How should I play my account? Ogame has two fundamental game tactics: The fleeter and the miner. Fleeter are players, who invest a lot in their fleet. Almost all of their account points are put into their fleet. Therefore, their fleet is extremely big which enables them to attack others profitably and gain many points quickly. But this tactic also has some disadvantages. A fleet account is very time consuming. Basic production is very low and almost all resources come from other players…

  • Deployment – Can I transport and deploy resources at the same time? Yes, it doesn’t matter what mission you send your fleet on. You can always send resources with it. After the deployment, the resources are simply transferred onto the target. Furthermore, after a successful deployment, half of the deuterium costs for the flight is given back. If the deploying fleet is withdrawn, no deuterium is credited. ..::Edit by TheViking | This Post is Up to Date::..

  • Spying – What is to take into account? A spy report is always built up the same way. 1. resources – all units of metal, crystal, deuterium and energy 2. activity – a display of the last activity on the target planet /moon 3. fleet – all currently stationed fleet including all acs defending fleets. A distinction between both is not possible 4. defence – all defence stationed 5. buildings – all buildings 6. research – display of all the research done by the player The spy report always contains th…

  • Sitting – What I need to pay attention to Sitting simply means “watching” over someone else’s account. This can only be done with certain restrictions. The maximum sitting time is 12 hours. The Gameoperator needs to be informed in advance. During this time, the sitter is not allowed to move any fleets. Resources laying around can only be invested in buildings or research, not in defence or ships. In the case of an attack, which could cause a lot of damage on the target, the sitter is allowed to …

  • Sensorphalanx – How does it work and what do you see? The sensor phalanx is one of the special buildings which can only be built on a moon. You can see hostile fleet movement with it. To do this, just go from your moon into the galaxy view and click on the planet you want to phalanx. In general, only flights which have the planet as a target will be shown. Phalanx of the target planet: Here you see the remaining of the flight until it reaches the target Phalanx of the origin The shown time is ca…

  • Shield Dome – Does the shield dome also protect my other units? No. the shield domes are also just units, but because there are only 2 of them, they are hit rarely. No enemy unit has a rapidfire against it, so they perfectly act as rapidfire breakers, which can help achieve a tie against small fleets. You can build each shield dome only once.

  • Saving – How do I save best? Without a moon, you save best by sending your fleets by deployment from planet to planet. Chose the time of arrival so, that you are online when the fleet arrives. If you are not intercepted by someone, who has seen your fleet in his sensor phalanx, you can still react. In this case, you can simply abort the flight. Aborted deployments have a special feature: they are invisible in the sensor phalanx. This makes it extremely difficult to intercept it. If you are not a…

  • Saving – Why should I save? It is important to save as stationed fleet can be an easy target for enemy fleets. A potential enemy can see the fleet in his spy report and prepare an attack. This means: in the case of an attack, not only resources, but also the fleet is lost, causing a loss of many points. Often, the fleet itself is the target of an attack, as its resulting debris field provide a high profit for the attacker. To prevent this, you need to protect your fleet. This is done best by sen…
