Not necessarily unlimited but the ratio of ABM's to IPM's should be much higher. At the current time ABM's are fairly trivial to get past. Great idea, at the moment RIPS are way to OP. Attacks should always have some sort of cost by the attacker, Another good fix might be to instead of having rips be super efficient with deuterium, would be to make them super expensive to fly. In the real universe with physics the energy cost to move such ships would be massive.

A good fix would be set higher multiplier like 10 abms for every IPM slot or alternatively turning on setting where your abm's will automatically reload as long you have resources.
