same here, bonus can be effective more for exmp, after 12 , every 1lvl will give %2 armor + shield technic

in every online game, if they are selling resources with premium currency, they have limit like ,you can do it 10times in 7days. or 5times in a day. in OGame there is no such limit and this is killing univ. too fast, im suppurting such this suggests but, dont think company may accept it
