Ok, but an e-mail when: before the 35 days, so maybe an e-mail sent after 28 days of inactivity (so when the "i" becomes "I")?

PS: remember also that an account will be deleted after:
--> 2 days - If no one building
--> 5 days - If 0 points
--> 35 days - normal inactivity

So we need an e-mail also for the first 2 cases.

Many players are unhappy about losing their account because they are heavily invested above.
I think we should prevent a few days (7 days) before the account is deleted.

If the account has no point, no need to send the mail
