The Portal Support delivered your lost DarkMatter. It was a bug at the first merge day, which was fixed for later migrations.

Hey, so I'm "one of those with this problem"

Sorry fluffy rabbit...

In fact, I run 2 accounts and am long-term sitting and testing with 2 others. They all had their DM reset to 100K. Here are the account infos.

PinkFloyd 100008
JediDessy 100045
Malachae 100046
Troll 100094

Another thing to note, I was able to merge JediDessy and Troll under 1 Portal account. Not sure if that is intended or not.
I believe Malachae migrated into an established GameForge account (it says the account is 9 months old), whereas the other 3 I created new accounts for. I did this all about the time the portal opened for universe 690.

Hope this helps. I have just been poking Shole to ask us for another manual 10m DM drop

About another 10M drop ... difficult with portal enabled. We are currently checking if we make a rollback and are testing that possibility and if yes, then the dev can give out anohter 10M drop. But there is no final decision.

Anyway I need all your accounts (if possible also your player ID, but I can also find it out ( e.g. via s670-en.ogame.gameforge.com/api/players.xml ) + server to forward it to the portal support

The number after each name is the player ID

Yes, they were all migrated or created on the first day. I can't remember which were migrated and which were created, but they all lost DM.

Shouldn't this count as 4 fluffy bunnies?

Resend activation mail and check carefully your emails including Spam section.

I've already looked in spams but nothing and it makes several days.
Already asked a new e-mail, always nothing either.

When I create account on the current portal, with the same address, I receive the e-mail immediately, thus that doesn't come from the address. (Yahoo)

Cannot sign in to portal with Opera, firefox or chrome

is there a problem?

i always use this link: ogame-live.gameforge.com/#/en_GB/home

i cleared cookies and everything in firefox and chrome, still cannot open the log in page

edit: nevermind

i guess it was something temporary. after a 10 minutes of refreshing the page and writing about it on forum, it started working

It seems to work fine, I experienced something strange after login

The text CONQUER THE UNIVERSE! keeps switching between Danish and English every 5 seconds and I don't do anything xD
