Do you remember the old days with mail-support ... if you got banned you just needed to click on the pillor-mailto-link and the mail-program opend up with filled subject line
today as a stupid-banned user that's banned you have to read and understand whats written above the pillor-stuff, go to support.ogame.tld click "Contact support" -> Choose "Game" and hopefully be able to enter the data nearly correct and select the fitting subject ... so why not add a link on the link on the reasons-section that provides a partialy prefilled supportform
