As shown in the screenshot, the chatbar can and will cut off your last planet if you have enough planets that you have to scroll to get to the last one. This makes it really hard if not impossible to switch to the moon from the planet list (not in the screenshot, but Crimson King has seen it).

Suggested fix: add a chatbar-height space at the bottom of the planet list (if not the whole page) to prevent such overlap.
